EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

?5 Years Minimum Earthwork Construction Foreman Experience

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS

?Safety - Know, Understand, Communicate, and Ensure Compliance with Safety Regulations
?Leadership & Supervision - Able to apply company policies, able to lead crews in an organized and efficient manner.
?Planning & Scheduling - Pre-planning daily activities, Identifying & Verifying all tools and materials needed, identifying needs and deficiencies in the plan/schedule and communicating them appropriately, prioritizing and sequencing individual tasks to best fit the productivity and schedule of the project. Overcome work challenges.
?Quality Control - Responsible for layout of the work. Responsible for compliance with plans and specifications by all those under their supervision, or company approved standard work practices.
?Care of Equipment & Assets – Oversee equipment is being cared for properly to limit unnecessary damage or failures resulting in loss of value.
?Snow Removal – Responsible for managing snow removal activities during winter months. This is a shared responsibility between other responsible foreman. This involves playing an active role in snow removal, and calling in crews and managing the workflow to ensure all customers are taken care of properly.
?Applicant must possess a valid driver's license, have good language and mathematical skills, and have good reasoning ability.
?Applicant must be able to meet physical demands of the work and work within potentially hazardous work environments.
?Hughes' works in an approximate 30 mile radius, so you will go home to your family every night.
